Message Very little traction in the snow and when the temp is over
80 degrees F they squeal very loudly from a stop with only
moderate acceleration and turn to goo. I'd go with dedicated snow tires. I'm in Chicago and there has been only two snowfalls and my Bridgestone S03's were driveable
to my surprise. Don't listen to the members that suggest that the TT can't be driven in winter. It's fine in moderate snow with snow tires set to low pressure and a full tank of gas. If you're consistently driving in the snow then two 50 lb. sand bags in the back will help. What will really help is Bernie's traction control system. Check out tirerack.com for customer reviews and surveys on the tires that your looking at.
